This page explains how to manage account deletion, privacy requests, optional analytics, App Store subscriptions, and launch-notification emails for Tottli.

1. Delete Your Account In App
How to delete
- Open Tottli on iPhone.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Account.
- Choose Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
Important billing note
Deleting your Tottli account does not cancel Apple billing for an active monthly or yearly subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple before or after deleting your account.
When you confirm deletion, Tottli starts removing account data from active systems. Residual copies may remain in backups, logs, or vendor systems until those systems rotate or delete them on their normal schedules.
2. Manage Subscriptions And Restore Purchases
- Monthly and yearly plans are Apple auto-renewable subscriptions.
- Use the in-app Manage Subscription action or Apple account settings to change, cancel, or review billing.
- Use the in-app Restore Purchases action if you already bought access with the same Apple account.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.
3. Analytics And iPhone Session Replay Choices
Analytics and iPhone session replay are optional in Tottli. Core app use and premium access are not conditioned on granting consent.
- On the current iOS release, one optional analytics toggle controls both analytics and iPhone session replay.
- If you decline or later turn the toggle off, future analytics and replay collection stop.
- Tottli may still send limited authenticated server-side lifecycle events, such as onboarding and premium paywall checkpoints, so we can tell whether core service flows are working.
- These server-side events are allowlisted and sanitized; they do not include typed text, child names, notes, emails, session replay, or client-side analytics SDK capture.
- Most interface text is visible in replay, while sensitive fields such as child and caregiver names, dates of birth, emails, passwords, invite codes, and explicit feedback text are selectively masked.
- Images and other screen content may still be visible in replay captures.
4. Privacy And Legal Requests
To request access, correction, deletion, export, portability, restriction, objection, or consent withdrawal where applicable, email legal@tottli.com. Use support@tottli.com for product support, account help, or troubleshooting.
5. Website Updates Emails
If you joined the website updates list, Tottli stores your email address and basic request metadata in Supabase so we can send product updates and availability notices.
- Ask us to remove your updates-list email any time at legal@tottli.com.
- You can also contact support@tottli.com for help.
- If future Tottli emails include an unsubscribe link, you can use that link as well.
